New Super Strength End Retention Roll Down System
The RollingShield End Retention Systems (ERS) is the latest innovation from the company that brought to market the first Dade County Approved roll down shutter.
ERS utilizes a heavier custom extruded guide rail, slat and slat lock designed to lock the slat into the guide rail to prevent failure during a hurricane while eliminating the need for storm bars. This hurricane impact system retains all the benefits of RollingShield’s conventional roll downs with clear spans in excess of 19’ (228”) @ 70psf. Available in three profiles sizes 40mm, 55mm and 61mm. Operated manually or with a variety of RollingShield motors. In stock colors: White Ivory, Beige and Bronze. Meets or exceeds all building codes including the High Velocity Hurricane Zone.
